The room was neat and compact with the afternoon sun facing and with safe for safety measures. Everybody was decent. The location was unbeatable, at a short distance from Jeju Education Museum.

The room with 2 double beds. It was nice having central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The employees were really helpful.

The hotel offers favourable and unbeatable location next to the port or more downtown. Plus, its in Jeju City district, short walk to nearby lots of eateries, many nearby coffee shops and bakeries and the bus stop which had connections to most parts of Jeju. The venue has the restaurant for breakfast.

Everything was simply very GOOD. My room included central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge. It had bidet in the clean bathroom. The staff were helpful and the facilities were good. Also, location was comfortable and stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from Jeju Education Museum.

Had tea and goodies at The Spoon, nestled 1 mi of the venue. This hotel met our requirements in every way, 100% recommend.

The location of this hotel is perfect - it's near Jeju Airport and conveniently situated near to nearby attractions in Jeju city. It's also close to the port and more downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel offers a great value for money, with comfortable rooms that have 2 double beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are well-maintained.

The stay here was pleasant in winter. The staff were attentive and decent and the location was handy in the centre of the town. Further, it was next to Dongnum market as well as the bus stop which had connections to most parts of Jeju.

No amenities besides soap, slippers, and towels. No shower/bathroom mats, and towels weren't provided to full capacity.

The front office team at Ramada was exceptional during my stay. They were friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. The valet parking team was also efficient and made the process seamless. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

The location here is great! It's close to the airport, with an affordable taxi ride of KRW6000 to get here and a bus stop just in front of the hotel. There's a 24-hour convenience store right next to the lobby which is handy in case you need anything. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and great views from the window. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they offer quality services like 24-hour room service and housekeeping.

This place is not situated in the main shopping area, but it doesn't matter since it's in the center of everywhere. We recommend this hotel to all who would like to experience comfort, quality service, and enhanced accommodation.
